We work with sourcing partners who have direct relationships at origin, selecting seasonally from some of the world's finest coffee-growing regions including Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, and Timor-Leste.

Each origin is roasted individually to its own profile, then blended post-roast. Our Coffee Blends sit at a medium roast level and Single Origins light. We've developed all of these to be equally at home as espresso or filter: full-bodied, smooth, and distinctive. Every bag is marked with its roast date - for the best cup, brew within 5-21 days of roasting.
