Our flagship Seasonal Blend is the heart of Rabbit Island Coffee Co. as a year-round favourite crafted for perfect balance in every cup. Roasted in small batches in Mapua, this versatile blend delivers rich notes of caramel and chocolate, with just the right touch of fruity brightness.  

Freshness & Transparency: Every bag of Rabbit Island Coffee purchased on our website features a clearly marked roast date on the front, so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted. We ship our coffee fresh, but for the best flavour and optimal extraction, we recommend brewing it 5-21 days two after the roast date.

Tasting Notes: Caramels and chocolate notes take centre stage with just the right amount fruitiness popping through.
