Our Seasonal Blend is the product of everything we know about coffee... years of sourcing, roasting, and tasting distilled into a single cup that we're proud to call our signature.
We build this blend around three carefully chosen origins, each roasted separately to its own profile before blending. A natural-processed Brazil from the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais provides the foundation, rich body, chocolate sweetness, and a smooth, low-acid base. Washed Colombian from the highlands of Cauca adds caramel depth and citrus brightness. A natural Ethiopian from the Gedeo Zone in Yirgacheffe brings the spark, a pop of fruit complexity that lifts the whole blend and keeps you coming back for another sip.
The result is a medium-roasted coffee with broad appeal and genuine depth. Caramel and dark cocoa notes take centre stage, with just the right amount of fruitiness popping through. We roast it to be equally delicious as espresso or filter, a full, rich flavour that remains remarkably smooth.
Every bag features a clearly marked roast date. We ship fresh, but for the best flavour and optimal extraction, we recommend brewing 5–21 days after roasting.
