We ship across New Zealand with New Zealand Post. Rates depend on your location and order type.
One-off orders Free shipping on urban orders over $100. Rural orders over $100 incur a $7.50 charge. Otherwise $7.50 urban / $10.00 rural.
Subscriptions Free shipping on orders of 1kg or more. Rural addresses incur a $7.50 surcharge.
Local pickup Free: collect from our roastery at Māpua Wharf.
Outside New Zealand? Contact us with your order details and address and we'll confirm a shipping quote.
Delivery times We dispatch Monday to Friday, with courier pickups at approximately 10.30am and 1.30pm. We aim to get orders out the same day, though this can vary depending on order volume and how busy the roastery is. Please note that couriers do not operate on public holidays, so dispatches on the last business day before a public holiday will be delayed accordingly.
- Urban: typically 1 business day
- Rural: typically 2 business days
- Friday dispatches may arrive Saturday, otherwise expect delivery Monday
