We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.|
30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return:
· The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
· You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase
· Items must be in resaleable condition (except for faulty goods under the CGA)
Items That Can’t Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
· Perishable goods, including opened coffee beans or cold brew
· Sale items or gift cards
· Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items)
· Used personal items (e.g. opened care or food items)
· Any item returned without contacting us first

How to Start a Return
· Email us at hello@rabbitislandcoffee.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
· If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions (and a return label if applicable).
· Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
· Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to:
· Return the item as above
· Place a new order for the replacement item
faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can put it right. You’re protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act, and we will always meet our legal obligations.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
