How does Rabbit Island's blend builder work?
You use our custom-built blend app to adjust flavour, brightness and process with simple sliders, with guidance from our roasting experience built in as you go. We then roast and blend your custom coffee to order and send it with a personalised label and your unique recipe
Can I create my own coffee blend?
Yes. The Blend Lab is New Zealand's first interactive coffee blend builder. You shape the flavour profile in our app, and we roast and blend your coffee to order at our Māpua Wharf roastery with a personalised label and your unique recipe.
Can I reorder the same custom blend I built?
Every bag comes with your full recipe and origin breakdown, so your exact blend can always be made again. Rebuild it in the app with your recipe, or get in touch and we'll sort it for you.
What's the difference between building a blend and buying a single origin?
A single origin gives you the pure, distinct character of one coffee from one place. Building a blend lets you combine flavours from multiple origins to create something tailored to your own taste.
