This Ethiopian coffee (called Halo Beriti) comes from Ethiopia’s southern region, Yirgacheffe (birthplace of coffee). Harvested from native Ethiopian heirloom varietals, Yirgacheffe coffee has a distinctly fruity and floral flavor profile that many coffee drinkers cherish.

Halo Beriti coffee is named after the area where it is grown, home to Gedeo farmers who have worked the land for generations, growing food crops and coffee, usually next to each other on the same fields.

A must-try for filter or pour-over fans.

Freshness & Transparency: Every bag of Rabbit Island Coffee purchased on our website features a clearly marked roast date on the front, so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted. We ship our coffee fresh, but for the best flavour and optimal extraction, we recommend brewing it 5-21 days two after the roast date.

Absolutely love this single origin. We stock this as our pour over blend, as well as our cold brew and customers love it

So lucky that medium roasted Ethiopian Mocha is available locally.
Very hard to find in this country.

Exactly what I like from a light roast. Fresh, fruity, sweet & light acidity - possible to get floral notes if dialled in well.

A versatile roast to be enjoyed for your morning brew. Makes tasty espresso or espresso based drinks. Shines most as a pour over and really shows what complexity you can get out of well roasted beans. Lovely citrus/berry flavours.
