Our Brazilian decaf beans are often raved about by customers as being the best they have ever tasted. This in part is the beans, but also our care and attention in preparation as with all of our coffees.

Our Swiss Water Decaf delivers all the taste, none of the caffeine. Using chemical-free decaffeination, this roast retains the body and flavour you love — with sweet, chocolatey notes and a smooth finish.

Our decaf is made using the Swiss Water® Process, a chemical-free method using only time, temperature, water, and coffee to remove 99.9% of caffeine from the bean. This gentle process allows a coffee’s unique characteristics to shine through without leaving any chemical residue.

Freshness & Transparency: Every bag of Rabbit Island Coffee purchased on our website features a clearly marked roast date on the front, so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted. We ship our coffee fresh, but for the best flavour and optimal extraction, we recommend brewing it 5-21 days two after the roast date.
