Ceado Hoop Brewer

Pour over doesn't have to be precious.

The Hoop from Ceado is one of the smartest filter brewers to come along in years, and it won the SCA Best New Consumer Product award to prove it. The concept is straightforward: pour your water into the outer ring, walk away, and come back to an outstanding cup of filter coffee in 3 to 4 minutes. No gooseneck kettle. No pouring technique. No babysitting.

The magic is in the design. Instead of pouring directly onto the coffee bed (where you risk channelling and uneven extraction), the Hoop uses radial infusion. Water enters the outer chamber and seeps evenly into the brewing bed through 12 holes around the inner Flow Tower. Every part of the coffee gets wet at the same rate, which means consistent extraction and a cleaner, brighter cup without astringency.

It's a no-bypass brewer, so all your water passes through the coffee rather than around it. That means high extractions even with a relatively coarse grind, and a lot less margin for error compared to a traditional dripper.
